Donor Refund Request

1. Donors who wish to claim a refund must do so within 24 hours of making the donation.

Refund Processing

2. If the refund request is approved, the donation amount will be refunded to the original payment source.
3. A processing fee of 3% of the total donation received will be deducted from the refunded amount to cover administrative and transaction costs.

Timelines for Refund

1. Udayniti Foundation aims to process refund requests promptly and efficiently.
2. Udayniti Foundation will process refund within 3 working days from the approval of Refund.
3. However, the actual time taken for the refund to reflect in the donor’s account may vary depending on the payment gateway or financial institution involved.
4. Udayniti Foundation will provide reasonable updates and support during the refund process.

Non-Refundable Donations

1. Certain types of donations may be non-refundable. This includes donations made towards specific projects, campaigns, or events where it is explicitly stated that the donation is non-refundable.
2. In such cases, Udayniti Foundation will clearly communicate the non-refundable nature of the donation at the time of solicitation.
